Augusta, ME: Lynn Julian, was commissioned
by Sonic Comics to compose the theme song for
their graphic novel, "The Terminal Diner."
Instead of the usual origin story, the DINER welcomes readers with wrap-around introductions to the “guest chefs” who cooked up each story, plus the premise: Aspiring comic book artist Sam Levesque from Moose Harbor, Maine has found a magic Ring that grants wishes, punishes the wicked, rewards the good, and links him to the Diner’s delightful-but-deadly owner, the immortal Genie X. Julian's themesong will air in TV commercials this Fall and there is also a TV show pilot in production. This marks the beginning of their partnership, as Sonic Comics will next begin work on a series for "Julian's" superhero alter ego: "Cookie Cutter Girl." She will CO-write the comic with Ron & Justine Fontes, of SonicPublishing.com, and it will be drawn by Ron, who is the ex-Art Director for Marvel Comics.
